Harvest Sunday

Harvest Appeal – If you have been filling a jar with coins for Nimbong school please hand it in today, next Sunday or to the office.

Abbey Newsletters are available today for distributors. If you do not have one delivered there are extra copies at the back of the church.

Dirleton Prayer Service is on Wednesday 10.00am in the hall, followed by coffee – all very welcome.

Sunday 5th October - Joint service to celebrate 25 years of the linkage of Dirleton & Abbey, in Abbey at 10.30 am (no 9.30 am service).
Guest preacher: Rev Sandy Horsburgh, Presbytery Moderator.
It will be followed by a finger buffet and refreshments in the church halls.

Abbey evening services restart next Sunday 5 October.

Food Bank – Many thanks to all at Dirleton and Abbey for their continuous support. There is a special request for the following donations:

Abbey’s New Website is now “live” so please visit at abbeychurch.org.uk There you will find updated information about every aspect of life at Abbey.  The calendar gives an easy view of planned events & notes on special services.   We will be holding a few classes to help folks learn how to navigate the site so please visit abbeychurch.org.uk and see your Church through new eyes.

We would like Abbey church to be open during the week. If you are able to ‘open and close’ please sign the list at the back of the church.
