Harvest Sunday
Harvest Appeal – If you have been
filling a jar with coins for Nimbong school please hand it in today, next
Sunday or to the office.

Newsletters are available today for distributors. If you do not have one
delivered there are extra copies at the back of the church.
Dirleton
Prayer Service is on Wednesday 10.00am in
the hall, followed by coffee – all very welcome.
Sunday 5th October - Joint service to celebrate 25 years of
the linkage of Dirleton & Abbey, in Abbey at 10.30 am (no 9.30 am service).
Guest preacher: Rev Sandy Horsburgh,
Presbytery Moderator.
It will be
followed by a finger buffet and refreshments in the church halls.

Sunday
Harvest Thanksgiving is next Sunday 28th September. Please return
your jars with filled with coins to help with catering equipment and children's
meals for the new school in Nimbong (Kalimpong), India .
We would like to be able
to give flowering pot plants to housebound members of our congregation at
Harvest. If you would like to donate, please bring a plant to church on Harvest
Sunday 28 September.

Back to School with God Sunday - Prayer
Sunday Afternoon
Teas (hosted by St Baldred’s Church) in Abbey new hall
