·           Bible Sunday Service tonight in St Baldred’s Church at 6.00pm. Followed by refreshments. Also as a Celebration of the Quater Centenary of the King James’ Bible, there will be an opportunity to display any interesting and / or historical bibles which any of you can bring (attach a short explanation and bring a little early) For information contact Patsy Pitkeathly.

·         Cards for sale at Dirleton (£3.50 for pack of 10) Commemorative mugs in 2 designs (£5.50 each). Beautiful limited edition mounted signed prints (£70).

·           Abbey Church will be open during October & November. If you are able to ‘open and close’ for a week, please sign the list at the back of the church.

·          Alpha Course in Dirleton Kirk Hall today from 11.00am until noon.

·           Articles for inclusion in Abbey & Dirleton Newsletters for November should be emailed or handed in no later than Tuesday 25 October. Newsletters will be available for distribution on Sunday 6 November.
